  27.     Applied Analytic Systems warrants the physical diskette(s) and
  28.     physical documentation provided with registered versions to be
  29.     free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 
  30.     ninety days from the date of registration.  If Applied Analytic
  31.     Systems receives notification within the warranty period of defects
  32.     in materials or workmanship, and such notification is determined to
  33.      be correct, Applied Analytic Systems will replace the defective
  34.      diskette(s) or documentation.

  36.     The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this
  37.     Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective
  38.     diskette(s) or documentation and shall not include or extend to
  39.     any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including
  40.     but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software,
  41.     or special, incidental, or consequential damages or other similar
  42.     claims, even if Applied Analytic Systems has been specifically
  43.     advised of the possibility of such damages.  In no event will
  44.     Applied Analytic Systems' liability for any damages to you or any
  45.      other person ever exceed the lower of suggested list price or 
  46.     actual price paid for the license to use the software, regardless 
  47.     of any form of the claim.
